This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive, based in Ahmedabad. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth. The executive will also collaborate with the sales and marketing teams, understand client requirements, prepare proposals, and work towards achieving organizational goals. Regular meetings with prospects and existing clients to explore new opportunities and seamless handling of the sales pipeline will be essential.
- Proven experience in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and B2B Sales.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, such as Information Security, IT Infrastructure, Virtualization, and Enterprise Network Security services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical skills to understand market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Technology-related fields preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in the IT industry and knowledge of the Gujarat market will be an added advantage.
