Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Delhi. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building long-term client relationships through effective communication. Responsibilities include managing existing accounts, developing growth strategies, and driving business development efforts to meet company objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure growth opportunities.
• Strong Business acumen and Account Management skills for maintaining and expanding client relationships.
• Excellent Communication skills for fostering client engagement and internal coordination.
• Ability to analyze market trends and deliver results that align with organizational goals.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented approach with an ability to work efficiently on-site
• Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in the manufacturing or decorative products industry is advantageous.
