Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Noida. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, nurturing leads managing client accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with partners. Additional responsibilities include preparing business proposals, analyzing market trends, and contributing to the company’s overall growth strategy.
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team in Noida. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on driving new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting customers with a deep understanding of our IT and AI-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation and market research
- Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
- Build, manage, and nurture strong relationships with prospects and existing clients
- Maintain and update records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM
- Communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions effectively
- Assist customers by providing complete information and guidance about company services
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
- Meet assigned business development targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good business acumen and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
- Proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented approach
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt in a fast-paced IT environment
- Basic understanding or interest in IT, AI, SaaS, or technology solutions (preferred)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline( Btech Preferred)
- Freshers and working professionals with 0–2 years of experience.
- Candidates with internships or exposure to sales/IT solutions will be an added advantage.
