Oodu Implementers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth for Odoo ERP solutions across Manufacturing, Retail, Trading, Distribution, and Service industries.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, managing an assigned territory, and driving revenue growth through consultative B2B sales.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, field prospecting, networking, referrals, and outbound sales activities.
  • Identify and engage decision-makers across Manufacturing, Retail, Trading, Distribution, and Service industries.
  • Own and manage the assigned territory/area by building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Qualify prospects, understand business requirements, and deliver Odoo ERP product demonstrations independently. Collaborate with the Functional Consulting team for enterprise or complex solution presentations when required.
  • Develop and execute territory-wise business development plans to maximize market coverage and revenue growth.
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maintaining a healthy sales conversion ratio.
  • Maintain accurate lead, opportunity, activity, and sales forecast updates in the CRM on a daily basis.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, consultants, industry associations, and business partners.
  • Identify, plan, and participate in business networking events, trade shows, expos, seminars, and exhibitions to generate qualified business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular customer meetings, follow-ups, negotiations, and proposal discussions to drive successful closures.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with the Pre-Sales / Functional Consulting and Delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from lead generation to project handover.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 1–4 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Software Sales, ERP, SaaS, or IT Solutions.
  • Strong prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to understand customer business processes and recommend suitable ERP solutions.
  • Strong planning, pipeline management, and CRM discipline.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory to meet customers, attend business meetings, and participate in industry events.


Preferred

  • Experience in ERP, CRM, SaaS, or Enterprise Software Sales.
  • Exposure to Manufacturing, Retail, Trading, Distribution, or Service industries.
  • Familiarity with consultative or solution-based selling.
