Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead outreach initiatives across reputed Technical (Engineering & Management) colleges in Kolkata and assigned territories across West Bengal.
  • Build and maintain professional collaborations with colleges and academic institutions.
  • Plan and execute career seminars, workshops, and awareness programs across colleges, housing societies, and relevant coaching centers.
  • Drive Business Development activities at the BTL level, ensuring visibility and lead generation.
  • Establish strategic tie-ups with education centers, coaching institutes, and edupreneurs to expand business opportunities.
  • Identify potential business opportunities, generate leads, and successfully close deals.

  • Possesses a strong network among technical / general degree colleges, coaching centers, and edupreneurs.
  • Has a passionate, energetic, and growth-driven mindset.
  • A go-getter with a street-smart, flexible, and solution-oriented approach.
  • Demonstrates strong area knowledge of the assigned territory.
  • Capable of working independently while taking full ownership of responsibilities.

Important Notes

  • Only candidates with experience in the Education / Ed-Tech domain will be considered.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
