Role Description The Telesales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for driving sales and supporting customer engagement over the phone and digital channels. In this position, the individual will make outbound calls, handle inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and present Neolysi’s technology solutions in a clear and professional manner. Daily tasks include understanding customer needs, explaining product and service features, following up on prospects, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or related systems. The role also involves coordinating with the sales and marketing teams, providing timely customer support, and meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets. The Telesales Executive is expected to uphold high standards of customer service and represent Neolysi’s brand positively in every interaction.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills, including clear verbal articulation and active listening.
  • Customer service and customer support capabilities, with a focus on building trust and resolving queries effectively.
  • Lead generation and sales skills, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and closing deals.
  • Basic understanding of IT or technology solutions, or willingness to learn product and service offerings.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment and manage multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, telecalling systems, and standard office applications.
  • Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, or call center environments is an advantage.
  • Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related fields is preferred.
