💼 Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to help grow MHTECHIN’s client base. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and support the sales and marketing strategy to drive growth.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities
- Generate qualified leads through email, LinkedIn, cold calling, or referrals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to the technical team
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute lead generation campaigns
- Schedule and lead client meetings, product demos, and presentations
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on negotiations
- Maintain CRM and provide regular sales pipeline reports
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach
- Familiarity with software development or IT services is a plus
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes is an advantage
- Experience with platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or HubSpot
- Background in SaaS, IT consulting, or digital product sales
- Understanding of modern tech stacks, mobile apps, or web platforms
