Job Title: Business Development Executive? EdTech Pay:??30,000-?40,000 per month About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional to join our EdTech team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through innovative strategies. You will play a key role in expanding our presence in the education sector. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in schools, colleges, training institutes, and corporate learning. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, decision-makers, and channel partners. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor landscape. Pitch and present EdTech products/solutions to potential clients. Manage the entire sales cycle ? lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closure. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company?s revenue growth. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. Attend industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to represent the company. Requirements Bachelor?s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field (MBA preferred). 1?2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (experience in EdTech or education sector is a plus). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online communication platforms.
