We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with prospective clients, understanding their business requirements, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a passion for sales and business growth.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings with prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Present company services confidently and professionally.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain regular communication throughout the sales cycle.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project handover.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition.
