Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Disa for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients, and promoting Kalbii Global’s solutions, including Kalbii Books, website development, branding, and digital marketing services. The Business Development Executive will conduct market research, prepare proposals and presentations, and collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with appropriate solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, attending client meetings and industry events, following up on leads, and providing regular reports on business development activities and performance. The role also requires supporting contract negotiations and ensuring smooth handover of new clients to delivery and account management teams.
Qualifications
  • Strong skills in sales, lead generation, and client relationship management to drive new business and nurture long-term partnerships.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technology, software, and digital solutions, particularly in business automation and financial management.
  • Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and business strategy development to identify growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for engaging stakeholders at various levels.
  • Comfort with CRM tools, productivity software, and basic data analysis to manage pipelines and track performance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in SaaS, technology, or professional services.
  • Ability to work on-site in Disa, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-evolving business environment.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of managing multiple opportunities and deadlines at the same time.
