We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team and contribute to our expanding global client base.

Experience: 1–3 Years

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven professional who can identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and convert leads into long-term partnerships. Candidates with experience in selling web development or digital marketing services will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new leads for services such as WordPress, Shopify, Front-End development, and Digital Marketing
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to provide tailored solutions to clients
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in IT or software services
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
