We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Associate to join our admissions and outreach team.
Candidates must have 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the education or EdTech sector.
Responsibilities include lead generation, counselling prospective students, and converting enquiries into admissions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills are essential.
Ability to meet and exceed targets in a competitive environment is expected.
Prior experience handling PGDM/MBA programs will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
