Location: Ahmedabad (Onsite Only)

Experience: 2–3 Years

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Days: 5 Days (Mon–Fri)

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The candidate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals with company objectives.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and other platforms
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Understanding client requirements and proposing suitable solutions
  • Preparing proposals, presentations, and closing deals
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis
  • Achieving sales targets and contributing to revenue growth
  • Maintaining and updating sales pipeline in CRM tools


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • 2–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (preferably IT industry)
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and lead generation strategies
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
