Position: Business Development Executive
Location: Ahmedabad (Onsite Only)
Experience: 2–3 Years
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Days: 5 Days (Mon–Fri)
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Note:
- Should have excellent communication skills
- Should have experience in IT services / B2B sales
This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The candidate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals with company objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead generation through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and other platforms
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Understanding client requirements and proposing suitable solutions
- Preparing proposals, presentations, and closing deals
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis
- Achieving sales targets and contributing to revenue growth
- Maintaining and updating sales pipeline in CRM tools
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- 2–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (preferably IT industry)
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and lead generation strategies
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
