We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in influencer marketing campaigns that connect brands with audiences in impactful ways. We’re looking for a dynamic BD Specialist who can drive client acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients every month for digital and influencer marketing services.
• Pitch and close high-ticket deals ranging from ₹2.5–3.5 lakhs+ monthly.
• Generate leads independently using LinkedIn, Lusha, outreach, and networking.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
• Negotiate with decision-makers, founders, and marketing heads for profitable closures.
• Maintain updated sales reports, deal pipelines, and monthly revenue targets.

Mandatory Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in digital marketing sales or influencer marketing sales (agency background preferred).
• Proven record of consistently closing 2–3 deals per month.
• Strong lead generation skills and the ability to bring clients independently.
• Excellent communication, pitching, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing workflows and digital agency operations.
• Must have a personal laptop and be comfortable working 6 days a week.
