We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to join our growing team.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound training enquiries received through calls, emails, website leads, and social media platforms.
- Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable training programs.
- Conduct counselling sessions regarding course curriculum, trainer profiles, training methodology, certifications, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective candidates and convert leads into enrollments.
- Coordinate and schedule demo sessions with trainers.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the enrollment process.
- Assist candidates with fee payment procedures and enrollment documentation.
- Coordinate with training, operations, and support teams for smooth batch initiation.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, enrollments, and student interactions.
- Support candidates with batch schedules, access-related queries, recordings, and training coordination.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and working professionals.
- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Any Graduate / Final Year Candidates can apply.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Experience in Education Counselling, Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Business Development is an added advantage.
