Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through online platforms, social media, and other channels
- Initiate contact with potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Understand client requirements and present appropriate IT/digital service solutions
- Conduct introductory meetings and follow-ups with prospects
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM or tracking sheets
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure proper requirement understanding
