Job Description:

●       This is a front-line sales position and is responsible for driving business, achieving monthly sales targets and acquiring new customers through a defined marketing activities

●       Prospecting for new customers through new clients (vendors) and maximizing lead generation

●       Timely execution of all sales activities leads, campaigns, referrals & any self-generated leads

●       Tracking and reporting marketing performance including acquisition results and market conditions.

●       Be an interface between Imarticus and the prospective candidates

●       Overall in-charge of marketing function in the region covered by the base center

●       Attending seminars in colleges/ conducting workshops for the college students

●       Will have overall responsibility to collect relevant database from various sources

●       Preparation and execution of monthly, half-yearly & yearly marketing plans

●       Ensure that Center targets are at a level to meet overall objectives of the organization

●       Dedicated Sales performance against assigned target

●       Responsible for BTL activities like Leaflet/ Handout distribution, organizing stalls in colleges/ malls/ public places etc.
