Job Description
Role Objective Own lead generation, qualification, and deal closure. Drive monthly revenue through structured outreach, consistent pipeline building, and disciplined follow-ups. Core Responsibilities ? Identify qualified leads across LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, Upwork, referrals, and cold databases. ? Build and maintain a daily pipeline flow: prospects added, contacted, followed up, and closed. ? Conduct requirement calls, understand client needs, and position the agency?s services with clarity. ? Send proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals within defined timelines. ? Maintain CRM hygiene: log calls, update lead stages, track follow-ups without fail. ? Coordinate with the delivery team for onboarding and smooth handover after sales. ? Achieve weekly and monthly revenue targets through predictable sales activity. Daily Execution Requirements ? 60?80 outbound reach-outs (email + WhatsApp + LinkedIn). ? 8?12 qualified conversations. ? Strict follow-up loops for warm leads. ? Zero pending updates in CRM by end of day. Skills Required ? Clear communication and objection handling. ? Strong understanding of digital marketing services (Meta Ads, Google Ads, UGC, SMM). ? Negotiation and closing discipline. ? Lead research and targeting accuracy. ? Basic proposal writing and pitch structuring. KPIs ? Monthly revenue closed. ? Number of qualified leads generated. ? Lead-to-meeting conversion. ? Meeting-to-closure conversion. ? Follow-up consistency. Experience Level ? 1?3 years. Behavioural Requirements ? Ownership over targets. ? No follow-up delays. Process-driven execution.
