Role Description The Business Development Executive (Hospitality) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the hospitality sector, including hotels, restaurants, and related service providers. The executive will conduct market research, generate leads, schedule and attend client meetings, and present tailored service solutions to potential customers. Daily activities include maintaining a robust sales pipeline, managing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams to align service offerings, and preparing proposals and reports. The role also involves negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and representing the company at industry events or networking forums to expand market presence.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills focused on the hospitality industry.
- Candidates should possess solid Account Management and client relationship skills to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and retention.
- Candidates should possess sound Business acumen, including understanding of hospitality operations, pricing, and competitive positioning.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Prior experience in hospitality sales, business development, or consulting is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple priorities, and meet defined revenue and growth targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools, along with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
