This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Chennai. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and nurturing customer relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies for business growth, engaging with potential and existing clients, and ensuring their satisfaction through effective communication and account management. The role requires a proactive approach toward achieving sales targets and contributing to the company's market expansion initiatives.
- Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Account Management and Business Relationship Building
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strategic thinking and ability to identify market opportunities
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in negotiation and closing deals
- Prior experience in engineering or manufacturing industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
