About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to build strong, long-term relationships with clients. You will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying opportunities, managing client interactions, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities


  • Engage with potential customers through outbound calls to present and promote company services.
  • Process and manage all customer purchases with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Identify, qualify, and generate promising leads through proactive outreach.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Use company-provided sales scripts effectively to handle objections and close deals.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of company products and services to make tailored recommendations.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed daily and monthly targets in both call volume and sales.
  • Conduct virtual client meetings to demonstrate services, products, and applications.
  • Research market trends and analyse competitor strategies to identify business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to retain existing clients and attract new ones.



Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or business development.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and research capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
