Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Nasik , Maharashtra State , India .

Responsibilities : Identify and develop new customers ( Domestic and Exports ) for Rubber Molded parts , Rubber Hoses and Rubber compounds , in Automotive , Engineering , Home Appliances , Infrastructure , Energy , Oil and Gas , Mining , Steel and machinery sectors . With more emphasis on exports .

Develop Export Opportunities . Appoint and manage overseas agents and channel partners .

Strategic tie ups and partnership for long term supply agreements with OEM's and Industrial distributors .

The role will involve close collaboration with internal teams to align business strategies and meet organizational growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, evaluate, and seize new opportunities . Knowledge of Industrial Rubber parts , Hoses and Rubber Compounds .
• Should emphasis on Export sales growth .
• Strong Communication skills to effectively convey ideas, negotiate deals, and build professional rapport
• Knowledge of business principles and strategies to drive growth initiatives
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business Management .
• MBA with a Degree or Diploma in Rubber Technology is preferred .
• Prior experience ( min. 5 years ) in a rubber industry or a related field is an advantage
