Job Description

Location : Noida

Experience: 1-4 years only

Compensation: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 CTC per month, depending on experience and interview performance


EradiVerse is hiring a Business Development Executive on behalf of one of our clients — a well-established organization in the Noida region. We are seeking a results-driven professional who will take ownership of lead generation, client acquisition, and team performance. This is a high-impact role designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and has the confidence to engage with industry professionals at all levels.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Lead Generation: Use Google Mapping, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, indiamart. independently build a high-value pipeline of architects, dealers, and consultants.
  • End-to-End Client Acquisition: Lead the full sales cycle—from the first cold outreach and on-ground presentation to commercial negotiation and final contract closure.
  • Relationship Management: Conduct 2–3 high-impact stakeholder meetings per month to turn leads into long-term strategic partners.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and drive a small sales team to exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets through active field guidance.


What We Are Looking For (Requirements)


  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B field sales or business development
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and lead generation tools
  • Proficient with Google Maps, LinkedIn, and indiamart tool
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience mentoring or guiding a small sales team is a strong advantage
