Position Title: Business Developer – Full Time

 

 

Electrify Services is one of the fastest-growing engineering services start-ups and is looking for a Business Developer to play a key role in helping us build the foundation for our Sales and Marketing teams. This is an individual contributor role with a direct impact on company growth. We would like to see this position grow as the company evolves.

Major Job Duties

 

Ø Work closely with Electrify leadership team to develop and implement appropriate prospecting strategies.

Ø Conduct high-volume prospecting (100-120 activities per day) to generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media.

Ø Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.

Ø Have to manage Client’s portfolio with Sales Process.

Ø Schedule meetings and calls for the management team for new leads.

Ø Effectively communicate the company’s services and solutions to prospects

Ø Stay up to date on new products, services, and solutions.

Ø Innovate new strategies to find new leads.

Ø Conduct needs qualification calls with specific prospects as assigned.

Ø Set yourself up for a successful career by learning the necessary fundamentals to be a great salesperson, leader, and executive.

Ø Generate leads through different sources.

Ø Keep prospective client database updated.

Ø Other duties as assigned.

We are Looking for People Who Have

 

Ø   

Ø Experience in calling on senior executives & technical decision-makers within all-sized organizations requires knowing how to generate leads.

Ø Highly energetic and motivated, with strong attention to detail

Ø A passion for sales and technology.

Ø Worked on LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Google search, Upwork, Freelancer, etc., to generate leads.

Ø Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ø The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with peers who challenge you to be better.

Ø The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals.

Ø Are naturally curious and passionate.

Ø The technical aptitude to master our industry.

Ø A keenly developed competitive nature.

Ø Positive energy with a highly self-driven sense of motivation

Ø The ability to deal with and thrive on objections and rejection daily.

Ø Previous sales experience in which you demonstrated the ability to meet or exceed sales quotas a plus (but not required)

 

Location: Ahmedabad, India.

Salary: As per experience and skill.
