Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Business Development Executive (Ed-Tech). The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the education technology sector, including outreach to potential clients such as schools, training institutes, and online learning platforms. Daily responsibilities include researching target markets, generating and qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, and presenting suitable service offerings. The Business Development Executive will maintain and grow client relationships, coordinate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs, and track sales activities using CRM tools. The role also includes preparing proposals, supporting contract negotiations, and providing regular reporting on pipeline status and market feedback.
Qualifications
  • Ability to drive New Business Development and Lead Generation within the Ed-Tech domain.
  • Strong understanding of Business development processes, including prospecting and opportunity qualification.
  • Excellent Communication skills for client interaction, presentations, and collaboration with internal teams.
  • Experience in Account Management, with a focus on nurturing long-term client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Prior experience in Ed-Tech, SaaS, or technology services sales is highly beneficial.
  • Comfort working in a remote, target-driven environment with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, online meeting platforms, and basic office productivity software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
