ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Sales Executive at Hytix India, you will be at the forefront of our growth identifying,
pitching to, and closing partnerships with event organizers, corporates, venues, and ticketing clients.
You will own your pipeline end-to-end, from prospecting to deal closure, and play a direct role in shaping
Hytix's market presence in your territory.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and manage the end-to-end sales team including inside sales, field sales, and pre-sales
engineers
• Identify and prospect potential clients including event organisers, colleges, corporates,
venues, and entertainment companies.
• Conduct product demos, pitches, and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Drive full sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Build long-term relationships with key accounts.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams.
• Meet revenue and acquisition targets.
• Maintain CRM records.
• Represent Hytix at industry events.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Atleast 1+ years of experience must have in B2B & SaaS sales.
• Proven track record of achieving targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
• Experience in events or hospitality industry will be value added.
• Familiarity with SaaS/ticketing platforms.
• Experience in Tier 2/3 markets.
• Proven experience in Indian market sales — cold calling, virtual selling, and building trust.
