Design Drop is an unlimited design subscription used by founders, agencies, and marketing teams across the US — graphics, branding, web design, motion graphics, and ad creatives on a flat monthly plan.

We're hiring a Business Development Executive to run cold outreach to US businesses and book qualified meetings for our closing team.

⚡ This is a first-touch outreach and appointment-setting role — not a closing role. Your job: get the right decision-makers onto a call, get them interested, and book a meeting with our closing team.


What you'll do

  • Run outbound to US founders, business owners, and marketing decision-makers via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Introduce Design Drop's design subscription, explain services and benefits clearly, and handle first-line objections
  • Identify prospects with genuine, ongoing design needs and qualify them
  • Book qualified meetings on the calendar and confirm prospects show up
  • Track calls, responses, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM
  • Maintain clean lead databases using CRM tools, lead trackers, and spreadsheets
  • Consistently hit outreach and meeting-booking targets


What we're looking for

  • 2–4 years in cold calling, appointment setting, outbound sales, or business development
  • Hands-on experience with US / international market outreach (strongly preferred)
  • International voice process experience is a strong plus
  • Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral / global accent
  • Confident opening conversations with founders, business owners, agencies, and marketing teams
  • Comfortable with CRM and prospecting tools (Zoho CRM, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator a plus)
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, focused on booking qualified meetings
  • Basic understanding of design, branding, or marketing is a plus — this is not an entry-level role


The role

  • 🕕 Schedule: Mon–Fri, 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (US EST coverage) · Sat & Sun off
  • 📍 Location: Noida — Hybrid (1–2 days onsite as per requirement, rest work from home)
  • 💰 Incentives: High performance-based incentives & commissions (up to 50% on deal closures)
