Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor based in Noida. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing information about the test series, and assisting with enrollment. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, conducting one-on-one assessments, and maintaining detailed records of interactions. The role also involves addressing student concerns, facilitating communication between students and faculty, and participating in outreach activities to attract new students. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Communication and Customer Service skills Sales and Communication experience Background in Education Ability to work efficiently in an on-site setting Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in admissions or educational counseling is a plus
