We are looking to add a results-oriented and extremely motivated Business Development Executive to our team. The ideal candidate will be in charge of seeking out new business prospects, creating and putting into practise growth plans, cultivating and preserving good customer relationships, and concluding deals to increase income.

Roles And Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that align with our products/services.
  • Create and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and expand the company’s customer base.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and drive.

Experience: 1-2 years

Culture: Work From Office, Work From Home (Optional)

Schedule: Day Shift

NOTE: The same position is open to fresh graduates, but they will be required to complete six months of industrial training
