Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Jafferkhanpet / Ashok Nagar, Chennai
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience)
Job Type: Full-time | Permanent | 12-Month Renewable Contract

About the Role
We are looking for a Telemarketing Executive / Student Counselor to support students interested in pursuing higher education in Europe. The role involves handling inquiries, guiding students through the admission process, and providing professional counseling support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective students and parents.
• Provide accurate information about European universities, courses, and admission requirements.
• Assist students with the application process, documentation, and eligibility checks.
• Respond to inquiries through phone, email, and walk-ins professionally.
• Maintain records of student interactions and application status.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth application processing.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 2–3 years of experience in telemarketing, student counseling, or customer support.
• Experience in overseas education / study abroad services will be an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Additional languages such as Malayalam, Hindi, Telugu, or Kannada are a plus.
• Good email communication and MS Office skills.
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Schedule

• Monday – Saturday
• 8 working hours per day
