Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
- Making conversation with the prospective SME business owners and moving them to a product demonstration
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with all key stakeholders of the company.
- Collaborate with all internal and external teams and perform troubleshooting on all client issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business and ensure the client's needs are met
- Encourage potential clients to buy premium products and close the best possible deal
- Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication to increase the likelihood of them using our services againTrack sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure customer acquisition goals are met
- Showcase the company's strengths and highlight our brand by talking exclusively about the characteristics that make our organisation unique.
- Strong Business Development / Inside Sales profile.
- Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 1+ year of experience in Business Development or Sales roles in B2B tech sales (services or SAAS)
- Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have experience in doing end to end Hunting / New Business Acquisition, including prospecting pitching/product demo, negotiation, and deal closure
- Mandatory (Experience 3): Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and objection-handling skills with experience engaging with mid to senior-level stakeholders
- Mandatory (Experience 4): Experience in CRM usage, maintaining sales funnel tracking, and performance reporting
- Mandatory (Company): B2B Tech (Services or SAAS)
- Mandatory (Note): Uncapped Incentive
- Preferred (Education): Tech background
- Preferred (Industry Exposure): Experience in Manufacturing industry
