Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive – B2B specializing in Corporate & Institutional Partnerships, based in Kochi. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and building partnerships with corporate and institutional clients. Responsibilities also include managing accounts, developing and executing strategic plans, nurturing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring effective communication to meet client needs and achieve business goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and execute opportunities for growth
  • Strong skills in Business and Account Management to build, maintain, and leverage corporate and institutional partnerships
  • Exceptional Communication skills for effective relationship building, negotiation, and client engagement
  • Strategic planning and organizational expertise with the ability to achieve sales and partnership objectives
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and business analytics for tracking and managing client interactions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in B2B sales within the life sciences or education industry is highly advantageous
  • A proactive and results-driven approach, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
