Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Kozhikode. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities with solar EPC companies, system integrators, and other relevant partners. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, managing a sales pipeline, conducting client meetings and presentations, and preparing proposals and quotations. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts, understanding customer requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and service. The Business Development Executive will also track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support sales strategies and revenue growth.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with the ability to build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
- Solid understanding of business and commercial concepts, including pricing, negotiation, and revenue growth.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to present solutions clearly and build trust with stakeholders.
- Proven experience in account management, with a focus on long-term client relationships and repeat business.
- Previous experience in solar, renewable energy, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in basic office and CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a field-facing, on-site environment in Kozhikode.
