Job Summary:

Auriic Services is looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in international processes, preferably in Bench Sales Recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and supporting the placement of IT consultants in the US market through non-voice communication channels.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle Bench Sales activities for IT consultants in the US market.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through job portals and online platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, clients, and implementation partners.
• Maintain regular communication with clients through email and professional messaging.
• Update and manage consultant availability and status.

Required Skills:

• Experience in International Process (Sales or BDE).
• Good understanding of the US recruitment process.
• Strong written communication and email drafting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of job portals such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
