Job Description

Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the IT domain. Generate leads through various channels such as Upwork, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking . Manage client communications and nurture long-term professional relationships. Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions. Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients. Work closely with the technical team to ensure seamless project delivery. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors. Requirements Bachelor?s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 4+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales within an IT company. Hands-on experience with freelancing platforms such as Upwork and LinkedIn. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven record of lead generation and deal closure in the IT domain. Strong understanding of IT services like web/app development, cloud, or custom software solutions. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently. Preferred Skills Experience in B2B sales and international client acquisition . Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems . Awareness of current IT market trends and emerging technologies.
