Role Description
Anzy Global is seeking a Business Development Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and generating leads. You will manage client accounts, negotiate deals, and develop strategies to drive business growth. This role also involves researching market trends and fostering partnerships to expand the company’s reach.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of Experience
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure new opportunities.
- Proficiency in Account Management to maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Background in Business or related fields to understand market trends and strategic opportunities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while meeting individual performance goals.
- Experience in the tech or recruitment industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
