Division/Department: Business Development Location: Gurugram ? Head Office Reports to: BD Manager Experience: 3-5 Years (preferably in Defence field) Summarized JD: We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Business Development/ Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background (Physics / B. Tech or equivalent) with excellent communication skills and the flexibility to work across multiple domains ? Business Development, Marketing, Project Management, and Technical Coordination. A technically sound, self-motivated individual who can think creatively, communicate effectively, and balance both strategic and operational tasks. Willingness to travel for conferences, exhibitions, and client meetings as required. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Marketing o Assist in identifying new opportunities and supporting BD activities. o Create rebranding and marketing material for all products, website restructure, etc of the company. o Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events; manage associated logistics. o Prepare professional presentations, proposals, and marketing content. Project & Documentation Management o Support project coordination activities with internal teams, PR and other partners, and clients. o Maintain accurate documentation, files, and records for bids, tenders, and projects. o Assist in drafting technical proposals, bids, and responses in line with client requirements. Technical & Communication o Understand product features, capabilities, and technical requirements in depth. o Bridge technical details into impactful marketing and BD content. o Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and external stakeholders for ongoing and upcoming projects. Education Requirements: Bachelor?s degree in physics, Engineering (B.Tech), or relevant technical field. Strong verbal and written communication skills (essential). Ability to adapt to multiple roles across BD, Marketing, and Project Management. Proficiency in creating marketing/rebranding materials and presentations. Organizational skills to manage files, documentation, and timelines. Open to learning, flexible, and capable of multi-domain working. Prior experience in defence/aerospace/technology sector is an added advantage.
