Job Description
AMBUS is one of India's leading healthcare vehicle fabricators, specializing in Ambulances, Mobile Medical Units (MMUs), Dental Vans, OPD Vans, Mortuary Vans, and other customized healthcare vehicles. We work with hospitals, NGOs, CSR foundations, government organizations, and corporate clients across India.
We are looking for a proactive and organized Lead Management Executive who will be responsible for handling all inbound leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, the website, and organic channels. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and a customer-first approach to ensure every lead is nurtured until closure.
- Contact all inbound leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements and project needs.
- Coordinate meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-ups with the sales team.
- Maintain detailed records of all conversations and lead status in CRM/Excel.
- Ensure timely follow-ups until the lead is converted or closed.
- Respond promptly to inquiries received through social media, website, and digital campaigns.
- Share product brochures, quotations, and relevant information with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with internal departments for customer queries and documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead status reports.
- Track lead conversion rates and identify opportunities to improve response time.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English).
- Strong telecalling and customer handling skills.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of sales processes and lead nurturing.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Lead Management, Customer Support, or Sales Coordination.
- Experience handling B2B leads is preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, automobile, manufacturing, or industrial sectors will be an added advantage.
- Positive attitude and confidence while speaking with clients.
- Strong follow-up discipline.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Professional communication and problem-solving skills.
- First response time to new leads.
- Number of qualified leads contacted daily.
- Follow-up completion rate.
- Appointment/meeting booking rate.
- Lead-to-opportunity conversion rate.
- CRM update accuracy and reporting consistency.
