We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales for our Interior Design & Infrastructure Projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and qualify leads for interior and infrastructure projects
  • Handle lead nurturing, follow-ups, and client relationship management
  • Manage CRM and maintain an accurate sales pipeline
  • Conduct cold calling and outbound prospecting
  • Schedule client meetings and coordinate with the design team
  • Convert inquiries into project opportunities
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
Preferred Profile
  • 2–5 years of experience in Interior Design, Home Interiors, or Infrastructure sales
  • Candidates from Livspace, Montdor Interiors, HomeLane, or similar interior brands will be given preference
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting
