Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who knows how to sell, not just

talk. If you come from an IT product or solutions background, understand client needs, and

have a track record of closing deals this role is for you.

This is not for passive job seekers. We are looking for individuals who take ownership, chase

targets, and consistently deliver results.


Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities

• Understand client requirements and propose relevant IT solutions/products

• Drive end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to closure

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Achieve and exceed sales targets

• Collaborate with internal teams for solutioning and delivery alignment

• Maintain a strong pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts


Requirements

• Proven experience in IT product/solutions sales

• Strong ability to close deals consistently

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and high ownership mindset

• Ability to understand business problems and map them to solutions
