This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Kolkata. The Business Development Executive will focus on generating and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and managing client accounts. Key responsibilities include identifying potential clients, creating and delivering effective sales pitches, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client success. The role also involves monitoring industry trends to identify growth opportunities for the company.

• Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure new opportunities
• Strong knowledge and experience in Business strategies and Account Management
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Proficiency in sales processes and an ability to achieve and exceed targets
• Adaptability to a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Past experience in a media or advertising company is a plus
