Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you will be the growth engine of our agency. Your primary responsibility is to identify, reach out to, and convert potential clients into long-term partners. This is a high-energy, outreach-heavy role suited for someone who thrives on communication, hustle, and creative thinking.


Key Responsibilities
  • Generate leads through cold email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital channels
  • Bid on freelancing platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.) to acquire new projects
  • Conduct cold calls to prospective clients and set up discovery meetings
  • Pitch agency services effectively and follow up to close deals
  • Maintain and update a pipeline of leads and client interactions (CRM or sheets)
  • Collaborate with the internal team to align client expectations with deliverables
  • Stay updated on industry trends to identify new business opportunities


Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Excellent written communication skills — for cold emails, proposals, and platform bids
  • Strong verbal communication and confidence on calls
  • Good negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections professionally
  • Creative and out-of-the-box thinking to approach outreach differently
  • Basic to intermediate understanding of website development, particularly WordPress CMS
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently


Good to Have
  • Prior experience with platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, or PeoplePerHour
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn or email outreach tools
  • Basic understanding of SEO, UI/UX, or digital marketing concepts
