Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Delhi Area for a Business Development Executive. The role focuses on identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include market research, lead generation, creating proposals, participating in negotiations, and maintaining partnerships with clients to ensure long-term success. The Business Development Executive will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications
  • Sales and negotiation skills: Proficiency in prospecting, lead conversion, and closing deals efficiently.
  • Relationship management: Strong client engagement capabilities, with the ability to build and maintain long-term business partnerships.
  • Market research and analysis: Experience in identifying market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
  • Strategic planning: Experience in developing business strategies, creating proposals, and implementing effective growth plans.
  • Communication and presentation: Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to craft and deliver compelling sales presentations.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making: Ability to analyze challenges, identify effective solutions, and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Collaborative mindset: Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Education and experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; prior experience in business development or sales is an asset.
  • Familiarity with technology solutions: Understanding of custom software development, SaaS products, API integration, and other digital platforms is preferred.
