π Role Overview
Weβre looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our in-house sales team.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to start their career in B2B sales, lead generation, and client interaction, and learn directly from an experienced team.
π― Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients across global markets (US, Europe, India, etc.)
- Support in building prospect lists and maintaining lead databases
- Assist in outreach activities (emails, LinkedIn messages, follow-ups)
- Help generate leads and schedule meetings with potential clients
- Maintain data in CRM tools and ensure proper tracking of leads
- Support in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales materials
- Conduct basic market and competitor research
- Participate in LinkedIn engagement and social selling activities
β Must-Have Requirements
- 6 months or up to 1 year of experience (internships included)
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Willingness to learn sales, outreach, and client handling
- Basic understanding of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
- Comfortable working from office (Indore)

- Internship or working experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and email communication
- Interest in tech, startups, or AI domain
- Exposure to tools like CRM, LinkedIn, or email platforms (optional)
