Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Bengaluru. The Business Development Executive will focus on driving new business opportunities, identifying and developing relationships with potential clients, generating leads, and managing client accounts. Day-to-day responsibilities include client meetings, market research, collaboration with internal teams, and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Skills in New Business Development, Lead Generation, and identifying potential partnership opportunities
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and relationship management
- Experience in Account Management and ensuring client satisfaction through consistent service quality
- Sound knowledge of business strategies and the ability to implement them effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is advantageous
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently, with a focus on meeting targets
- Experience or interest in the real estate industry is a plus
