Role Description – Business Development Executive
Location: On-site – Bookingjini Office, Bhubaneswar
Job Type: Full-time
CTC: ₹3.6 LPA
We are looking for a driven, energetic, and ambitious Business Development Executive who loves interacting with clients, understands sales psychology, and wants to grow fast in a SaaS environment.
Your role will include:
- Identifying and reaching out to potential hotel partners
- Conducting product demos (online/offline)
- Building strong relationships with hotel owners and decision-makers
- Achieving monthly sales targets
- Maintaining CRM updates and pipeline tracking
- Coordinating with internal teams for smooth onboarding
This role is perfect for someone who wants hands-on exposure to SaaS sales, hospitality tech, and high-growth startup execution.

- Qualifications1–2 years of experience in Sales / Business Development
- Freshers with exceptional academic records and strong communication skills are welcome to apply
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence in client-facing conversations
- Basic understanding of CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory)
- Self-motivated, target-driven mindset
- Ability to work from office (Bhubaneswar location mandatory)
