Business Development Executive

ABOUT RAYDIAN TECHNOLOGIES

At Raydian Technologies, we are building an intelligent AI co-pilot to reimagine project management for lean, high-growth teams. We are looking for a Business Development Executive, a high-ownership "builder" who will work alongside the founders to scale our operations, brand, and capital.

THE ROLE

This is not an administrative position. As a founding member, you will wear multiple hats across the business spectrum. You will be responsible for the "non-code" side of the startup, ensuring that our technical breakthroughs translate into market leadership and investor confidence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Fundraising Support: Assist the founders in securing capital by researching investors, preparing compelling pitch decks, and managing the investor pipeline.
• Business Development: Drive early revenue by identifying leads, managing key accounts, and conducting high-impact product demonstrations.
• Product Strategy (Voice of the Customer): Act as the feedback loop between the market and the product. You will gather user feedback and translate it into actionable insights for our development team.
• Growth & Brand Building: Own our external communications, including writing community newsletters and executing our social media strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: Proven track record in startup operations, business development, or lead generation. We value "velocity" over years of experience.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills. You must be able to simplify complex technical concepts into persuasive narratives.
• Strategic Networking: Confident in representing the company at industry events and building professional relationships.
• Bonus Skills: Proficiency in design tools (Figma/Canva), basic video editing, or an established personal brand/online presence.
