Business Development Executive 


Location: Pune

Type: Full-Time | On-site

Experience: 1 - 3 Years


Role Overview


We are looking for a motivated and result-driven individual to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and support the company’s growth through effective sales and lead generation activities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business leads through various channels (cold calling, LinkedIn, emails, referrals, etc.)
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable products or services
  • Prepare and share business proposals, presentations, and quotations
  • Follow up with prospects and convert leads into clients
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
  • Conduct basic market research to identify potential customers and industry trends
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–3years of experience in business development or sales
  • 1-3years of Digital Marketing Industry experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales and client handling
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM tools (preferred)
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
