Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Executive based in Udaipur. The role focuses on identifying and developing new opportunities with influencers and brands to drive growth and expand collaborations.

Daily responsibilities include sourcing and onboarding influencers, building relationships with brands, managing partnership accounts, and coordinating campaigns between influencers and brand partners. The candidate will actively work on lead generation, negotiating collaborations, and ensuring successful execution of influencer marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding the brand’s influencer network, securing strategic partnerships, and developing innovative strategies to strengthen the brand’s presence in the influencer marketing ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure opportunities for growth
• Strong Business acumen with the ability to understand market dynamics and devise strategic approaches
• Exceptional Communication skills to negotiate, build, and maintain client relationships
• Experience in Account Management to handle and nurture long-term client engagements
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing is an added advantage
