Key Skills
- Business Acumen & Industry Knowledge – Understanding market, competitors, and trends, especially in web development and open-source technology.
- Business Development Expertise – Identifying opportunities and driving business growth.
- B2B Sales Skills – Market Research, Upwork, LinkedIn & other platforms experience, Lead Generation, Cold Calling, and Outbound Sales (must possess Selling Techniques).
- International Business Development Exposure – Experience in targeting global markets (European, USA).
- Hunter Mentality – Proactively seeking new opportunities and making impactful connections.
- Goal-Oriented & Competitive Mindset – Achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Team Collaboration – Working effectively within a growing team.
- Professionalism & Positive Business Image – Maintaining credibility with clients and prospects.
- Organization & Independence – Managing workload efficiently and engaging clients proactively.
- Communication Skills – Exceptional listening and writing skills to capture and convey client information.
Desired Profile
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Business Development field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong email etiquette.
- Industry/Domain: IT service-based company experience is mandatory
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant software such as Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, Sales software, and Project Management tools.
- Business Acumen: Ability to understand complex business processes and client needs.
- Sales Performance: Proven track record of exceeding individual and team sales goals (at least 2 highest paid projects).
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, aptitude for self-learning, and the ability to adapt to new tools and processes.
- Social Media Presence: Active on social media platforms, with a strong business network and professional connections.

Interview Process
- HR Screening/Telephonic Interview (30 to 45 Minutes)
- Assessment & Final Interview – 2-3 hours, assessing sales skills, business growth strategies, along with role overview, policies, and package.
